How do you not quit?

One thing that bugs me about my personality test (from a medical source) Is that I quit when things gets challenging. I find this true, in the jobs I had I only lasted a few months, now I have a job and it isn't exactly what I want, but the pay is decent. Any advice? I think I'm a chronic quitter

Find something to spend money on that'll make it worth keeping the job. Make yourself accustomed to treating yourself to things you couldn't acquire/do before you had a job to make it less tempting to return to the jobless life. Don't overwork yourself (constant overtime, coming in during days off, doing morning shifts right after night shifts) or you'll get burnt out quick.

Making money is most important~As long as this job isn't quite demanding, you can prepare yourself well for your ideal job, at the same time, save some money for the future. Once you have get some experience in your current career, even if you failed in securing the idea job, it wouldn't be difficult to find a new job thanks to the experience.

The way that helped me to not quit is to out yourself in a situation where quitting is not an option. Obviously you wont quit if you have no other choice. Work wise idk how else to get you to see it as your only option (because technically it already is)

I don't get how you can even afford to quit a job in this day and age...Don't stay because you want to, stay because you have to.
