it is, its systemic its something men are ingrained with at childhood, even by the cartoons they watch but why why is crying and showing emotion and even talking about your emotions look down upon? do you want me to answer?

@hell_hound7 super late reply but i do agree, some feminists are fucking stupid with the shit they say they hurt the cause, and that's why i don't consider them feminists, because they don't follow the definition of feminism i also hate terfs, which is a sect of feminism

Lemme guess lamby toxic masculinity? I mean idk why things are that way, honestly i have a problem with everyone just turning into snowflakes. So while this does happen i dont see much inherently wrong with not showing weakness. My only problem is unfairness.

@flare3 what i find surprising is you wouldn't support Trump after his VA improvements. I get you didn't vote for both parties and you see the country division as a greater thing. Do you mean politically or racially? Since election 2000 we've been pretty 50/50 divided according to vote counts.

@hell_hound7 yes, toxic masculinity notice its not 'masculinity' that is the issue, its when its toxic a guy can be tough and strong for his family, but also should be able to cry about his issues with his wife if he so chooses crying is looked down upon because its considered 'feminine' which under toxic masculinity is looked as 'less then' because that is what women are viewed as if you disagree with anything i said above please be specific, because to be a meninist is literally to be a feminist if you just take a few more steps the very same issues effect both genders

men aren't what they used to be anymore. or rather, we have fallen out of use. If you ask me, all men have an instinct to protect. however in a world where there is no threats someone like that has no meaning. as to give you an answer to ur question too lamby, up until after the war families were normal, where the man was the "head" of the family. therefore boys would have had to be grown up to be "leaders" aka being strong and leading their family though "thick and thin" my personal opinion on it is that it's a stupid culture that's been passed down. to be honest i've never been told not to cry or hold in my emotions bla bla. still turned into an asshole tho. oh and i disagree that crying is considered feminine. i'd rather say that *not crying* is considered "strong" - which ofc applies to women aswell. - personal opinion tho.
