AUSTIN, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A social worker in the Mexia State Supported Living Center has been charged with 134 felony counts in an election fraud investigation.
The Texas Attorney General’s Office’s Election Fraud Unit assisted the Limestone County Sheriff and District Attorney in charging Kelly Reagan Brunner.
If convicted, Brunner faces up to 10 years in prison for the alleged offenses.
State Supported Living Centers serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the AG’s office explained in a news release Friday, Nov. 6.
Brunner allegedly submitted voter registration applications for 67 residents without their signature or effective consent, while purporting to act as their agent.
Under Texas law, only a parent, spouse or child who is a qualified voter of the county may act as an agent in registering a person to vote, after being appointed to do so by that person, the AG’s Office said..
None of the SSLC patients gave effective consent to be registered, and a number of them have been declared totally mentally incapacitated by a court, thereby making them ineligible to vote in Texas.
“I strongly commend the Limestone County District Attorney’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, and Elections Office, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General for their outstanding work on this case and their commitment to ensuring a free and fair Presidential election in the face of unprecedented voter fraud,” said Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. “Registering citizens to vote or to obtain mail ballots without their consent is illegal. It is particularly offensive when individuals purport to be champions for disability rights, when in reality they are abusing our most vulnerable citizens in order to gain access to their ballots and amplify their own political voice. My office is prepared to assist any Texas county in combating this insidious form of fraud.”

What i feel trump did wrong was jump the gun on this situation. He got his cases thrown out for lack of evidence. He should have waited. Let biden revel in his victory but gather proof. His legal team are setting him up for failure. Most peolle are just tying his efforts as him not accepting defeat.

President Trump has repeatedly warned that voter fraud by mail could happen on a national level, and now the Texas Attorney General’s Office says it has happened in East Texas on a local level.
Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced that Gregg County Commissioner Shannon Brown and three other people; Marlena Jackson, Charlie Burns, and DeWayne Ward, have been arrested on a total of 134 felony charges connected to an alleged organized vote harvesting scheme. Paxton says it happened during the 2018 Democratic Primary Election.
According to Paxton, the four are accused of increasing the pool of ballots needed to swing the 2018 election into Brown’s favor. Paxton said the group targeted “young, able-bodied voters” to cast ballots by mail, and fraudulently claimed that the voters were “disabled”. Paxton pointed out that in most cases, this was done without the voters’ knowledge or consent.
It was noted by Paxton that Texas election law states that mail in ballots that are based on disability are specifically reserved for those who are physically ill and cannot vote in-person as a result.
Paxton says if found guilty, each defendant faces 6 months to 99 years in prison.
The AG’s Office gave a number of charges on each defendant:
~ Shannon Brown – 23 felony counts
~ Marlena Jackson – 97 felony counts
~ Charlie Burns – 8 felony counts
~ DeWayne Ward – 6 felony counts
The AG’s Office says each defendant has been charged with:
~ Engaging in Organized Election Fraud
~ Illegal Voting
~ Fraudulent Use of an Application for a Mail-in Ballot
~ Unlawful possession of a Mail-in Ballot
~ Tampering with a Governmental Record
~ Election Fraud

nothing is going to happen because trump has 0.1% chance of winning this case because democrats didn't rig anything and trump is just butthurt he lost and needs an excuse.
literally only reason he mentioned the ballots on election day is because he needed an excuse for losing because he knew deep down the ballots wouldn't go his way.
his cultists ate it up.
