The cops were called by the woman that was there. He had sexually assaulted her in the past and she had a restraining order on him. She called the cops and told them he had a knife and had stolen her car keys.

He got shot 7 times in the back after escaping restraints and was entering what was believed to be a stolen vehicle. Mind you a vehicle can be considered a weapon. You can ram the fuck out of someone with it

it seems like the cops that were called were called on a different issue, not jacobs so yeah i know he was being held down and escaped, but i dont believe the officers knew of the arrest warrent can you link me saying they did and not just the cops saying it, as they were shouting that he had a knife and he didn't, so they are not credible
