his polling went down right after the rona scandle because of the irony and carlessness of him catching it, not to mention a president with those kind of pre existing health conditions that having corona gives you it hurt him more then it helped him, which i was happily surprised by

Well the issue is that people mistakenly call the Circuit Courts of Appeals as "Supreme Courts". Now while the Circuit Court of Appeals have federally appointed judges, they are more something in between State Supreme Court and the Federal Supreme Court. They basically exist so that the Federal Supreme Court doesn't have to deal with every last bit of stupid nonsense coming from parties bickering with one another in any particular state, or at least that was the idea. Now the Circuit Courts are used more as a political cudgel to whack the non-controlling party over the head with. As far as it being racist or not, that is more of the interpretation of the judges which may or may not be swayed by very loud organizations. However it is a dirty move that was being used when opponents of the voter ID laws had lost. It was a question that was on state ballots which was voted on by the people themselves. Then the regular state circuit courts voted that it was fine, then a new governor tried vetoing it. The veto was overturned by lawmakers. So with three processes saying it was fine and barely being shut down in the Circuit Court of Appeals makes me believe that it was a non-issue that was being used as a political weapon under the guise of "helping people". I've been in politics before as a volunteer, let me tell you. It is a really dirty business both on a state and federal level. Any weapon they can use against each other they will use. Because now that the "racist law" was overturned that makes the Governor who sent it through look like he was a hero who fought racism, when in fact he just used an inconsequential measure to give the illusion that he is an anit-racist hero. Both sides pull this crap all the time.

oh so @dyadka_yar if your familiar with polls and such id like to ask how you feel about trump calling his supporters to act as "poll watchers"? your against this right? same with the taking out of mail sorting machines that were never replaced as well as trump himself saying he wont give funding to the ups because it would help his opponent? ill also ask you again to clearly answer my question because it seems like your dancing around it were the north Carolina voter id laws racist or not
