China can be a threat but i dont see them as an active threat like russia is. Russia is most definitely the antagonist for the US they actively show a hate for americans. Putting bounties on the head of our soldiers as well as provoking us by flying in our air space or flying too close to our aircrafts endangering the lives of those inside due to potential in air collision. Russia is our enemy and thats how i see it, if someone can tell me different go ahead. China citizens are somewhat on the side of democracy but their government pushes communism. I dont see them as a threat now but with them rapidly growing as a nation in not only in trade but also military force they can be a very big threat.

I think China could do a lot more harm to us than Russia but understandable how you would go with Russia with how ballsy they have became in the last 2 decades.

China definitely has more info on us due to surveillance over the years as well as potentially ways to shut us down with forces other than unstoppable might. Which is why i say a combination of the 2 are very formidable opponents together. Alone they are just on par if not slightly above depending on certain "if all things go right" scenarios. Although i dont think we also dont have an end all. The way i see it is if we were to go down we will take others with us. Its the american spirit, im sure we have a failsafe that the general populus doesnt know of. But conspiracy theories are just that.

@hell_hound7 China by far is a bigger threat. They are doing active measures in order to subvert the American population. The idea isn't to goad the enemy into war, that is costly and leaves you in a weaker position after the matter. The idea is to get your enemy to destroy themselves by trying to get society to fracture and kill each other. Meanwhile they sit back and watch the fireworks. Back in the day you saw this with Soviet Union and the condition of the US back in the 1960s. Soviet Union was directly funding peace movements in the US. Leading to the youth rebellion known now as the hippies. Now on the surface hippies seemed to be a harmless group that loved peace. What they don't tell you is that they were actively fighting the police, National Guard and soldiers returning home from Vietnam. There is evidence of them throwing rocks, food and bottles at all three. The riots were worse back then, the only difference is back then they crushed the riots rather than let them happen. There is also the propaganda machine that the USSR was using at the time in order to get worldwide riots to coincide with the race riots that went on in the US. Europe was rioting the same way that they were in the US as a result of networking all of these groups together. Similar to how modern BLM riots are going on simultaneously in the US, France, UK and Australia. The message of violence is propagated within these circles on purpose, it didn't happen randomly. I give you this warning, it isn't surveillance China has over the United States. It is influence. They are trying to complete what the USSR could not. Only reason I know is thanks to former KGB member I go to church with. It is exactly in step with what the USSR was doing back in the 60s and 70s. Only reason it stopped was because the economic situation in USSR was starting to fail in the 80s and a conservative movement in the US pushed back against the outside influence and hard. But there were places that it had permanently cemented itself.

If the US, Russia and China go to war. It will be a nuclear war. Everybody loses in that scenario. Hypersonic weapons are currently being developed by all 3 nations. A hypersonic missile can travel beyond mach 5. To put into perspective. At Mach 20, or over 13,000 miles per hour. The time to reach LA from New York would be about 12 mins. Put you're thinking cap on. What would you do with that type of technology? Perhaps put nuclear warheads on hypersonic missiles?

Breeding instabilities in foreign governments for your nations personal gain. Gee, I wonder is the US has ever committed such a sin? @dyadka_yar

That said, America is barely 300 years old. China and Russia go back 1000's of years. Of course their history is rife with change and constant influences. I mean Russia had kingdoms before establishing the modern socialist society it currently has. China had multiple dynasties with varying views of women as effective leaders until communism took popularity. - In any such matters. The American spirit of rebellion and self service is not a unique idea. France, England, and even Japan have all had civil wars throughout the centuries. - America is nothing more than a conglomeration of the ages coming together in one place. What makes us unique is how we as individuals can maintain power while still being unified by the decision to live free and accept the consequences of our actions. I won't apologise for America's history. We are after all the bastard child of every nation that came before. - To hate America is in essence to hate oneself. We reflect what other countries threw away. We are influenced by standards forced upon us by other's, yet we control our present and in return create opportunities not just for ourselves but for the world itself. - I don't claim to hate any country much more my own home country. I accept that things are constantly changing as the world adapts. I fully accept the responsibility that comes with self-governance. Despite what I or the rest of America may appear to the outside world, we are still a great nation to be appart of. - Second only to Canada, haha! - Also, I speak as someone with family in both China and France so I can say with certainty if nothing else, WE will survive into coming dawn. Live and be free.
