I'm going to look up how exactly I'll be affected financially depending on who gets elected. The debates are just dribble and entertainment. I just research the cold hard facts and vote on it. As much as Lamby goes on and on about praising Biden, she hasn't even bothered to mention his $640 billion housing plan. It includes $15k off a home for first time home buyers. That's kind of a big deal for me personally, as I'm looking for a home. That, combined with the lowest home mortgage loan rate in history, it may be the only chance people under 40 have in actually owning their own homes. Damn, that is a tempting biscuit if there is no catch.

If Biden gets elected I believe the tech stop boom will be coming to an abrupt end, but I can definitely see a pick up in the housing market, especially among young people.

I suggest to anybody voting this election to look up every major plan each candidate has planned and how those plans would best financially impact them, and vote based on that. I still have a lot of research and math to do before I make my final decision
