Still on the sanctions part with a calmer mind. It won't work. Not only you, but the entire West are sanctioning Syria to try and remove Assad from power, but he is consolidating his power even more. You aren't even pressuring him, but smashing the Syrian masses with your big, big hand... Although I doubt Biden will do "Cuba-like" sanctions to us, that kind of interference is stupid if you assume he actually gives a flying fuck about the world. It rarely makes an actual influence. The lastest big case of working sactions is the end of Apartheid, brought in part, by economical sanctions. The worst of it all is if Bolsonaro will treat him as he did (rightfully) against Alberto Fernandes from Argentina, an even dirtier guy... Future is grim my friends. Bonoro sucked Trump's orange dick way roo much...

I stick by my argument the US wants us to be their backyard. Since our mainstream conservatism was imported from there, Bolsonaro's election was a first step to turn us into an american backyard.
