@sobo275 Yeah. I did give Swadian a heads up. I don't know if anyone contacted Space Cadet to let him know he was even in trouble, which is half the reason we issued this notice. Panda has a front seat to the whole thing, so no need there. (He's mentioned merely as a formality.) Vargas was warned heavily when the investigation started. And seeing as how he still instigated after that point... I couldn't play favorites.

@sobo275 to answer your question yes you are warned before a ban. Obciously some things are instaban such as pedophilia or like trolling. No warning is issued but if you like mess with someone and we get word most likely we tell you to stop and if it continues we ban. The 2nd gen mods set it up that way. So me, charles, lamby teacup are all responsible for that. Before it was ban first ask questions later.

All four parties involved actually have a past history of this behavior. It's kinda a situation where the mods do need to put our foot down. Heck two were banned for it, and unofficially given a clean slate in hopes that they could change. @swadian I'm hoping to speed things along, but Amrod claims he's getting some new evidence. The fact that you actually more or less confessed does give you a little more wiggle room, but if we went ahead and rushed it, it could mean you won't be allowed to come back this time.
