A really really good question actually. Raw strength wise, Dyadka would definitely put me down. But I can't say I know much about technique aswell. I would definitely want to clash with him in a match

I heard arm wrestle does take technique. There's even competition for them. If neither of you have much experience in arm wrestling. Then I think it just comes down to pure strength.

Exactly. Using your whole upper body weight is already a technique. You do not use purely your arm strength to wrestle your opponent down, but your back, torso etc. Also you can see in the video that usually the one who has his arm furthest from his body loses. The further your arm is, the less leverage you have. Pulling your opponents arm towards you while wrestling it down is also a really crucial technique. There are also grip techniques but I do not know much about them

There are techniques to it and I know of a few of them. As far as implementing them I do not have much experience. It's kind of like knowing how to change a tire, but you've never done it before so when you try it for the first time it doesn't exactly go as planned.

Question in general. What is the worst workout injury that has happened to you?
Mine happened on Sunday when my bench physically broke with me on it while I was doing a set of 405lb bench press. On the fifth rep, it broke sending the backrest of the bench down at a 45 degree angle. The sudden jolt sent the weight out of control so it slammed on my chest and rolled up on my neck. Nearly killed me. The escape messed up my shoulders, my right forearm and it still hurts a little to swallow. Hoping that it heals up soon. For now I'm out of commission.

A year and a half ago I pulled my abductor muscle when squatting. I didn't take long to heal but it was pretty painful. After that I started doing abductor exercises during leg days

Besides, are you planning to get checked at a clinic? You should check your shoulders :/
