Most important piece of advice would be do anything to take the mind off of the broken heart. Change the pace, pick up a new hobby or figure out a new routine. The more you stay idle and focus on it, the more it is going to hurt. Use this as an opportunity to better yourself. I know you feel cruddy right now and indeed it sucks, but if you force yourself to rise above it then these feelings will fade faster.

To heal broken heart will take time and patience. I know it tough and rough, but remember that you are strong as a warrior and don't let it drag you down keep moving forward
