sparkis
Today me and my friend Snake are putting on our chef hats and pulling out the knives. People usually think that healthy, unprocessed and homemade food is inconvienient and not tasty. We want to prove it wrong. Everyone please share your healthy and easy to make recipes that can be incorporated in a healthy diet. Include the ingredients, the amount of it (does not need to be exact), steps on how to do it, and the time required. LET'S ENCOURAGE HEATLHY EATING TOGETHER!! https://i.pinimg.com/originals/77/17/b0/7717b0c92fd6bf9a82f9e70990d3e76f.gif https://pa1.narvii.com/6987/39ec8321315a2622763f3f4908befa0651d51e8br1-540-302_hq.gif https://media1.tenor.com/images/31ad82981e06aa42b6ff2d864c89fc52/tenor.gif

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/ketogenic-diet-101 I was doing Keto before Covid kicked in here. Then my stress couldn't handle it. I stopped eating and was forcing apples and peanut butter down. Corona has me being best buds with noods again. Not good. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/bc/9e/62/bc9e62efed89eefbb2505a07f33920b6.gif

Not sure about the apples, but isn't peanut butter actually a good addition to a keto diet? Because peanut butter is pretty fatty, moderate protein and low carb. Well I suppose it depends on if there is sugar added and stuff like that. @verucassault

I myself haven't tried a keto diet. My diet is more protein focused, though I do not cut off on carbs too much.

Now that's my kind of thread! Pizza might not be the healthy food that comes to mind first, but if made without processed ingredients it can be surprisingly not bad for you. The dough is pretty simple, add to a bowl one and a half cups of warm water, one packet of yeast, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 3 teaspoons of salt and a cup and a half of a good quality flour, mix that all together and let the yeast bloom for 15 minutes. After it's bloomed, add some olive oil and another cup of flour, add extra flour until you get a loose dough forming, then take it out and knead it for 15-20 minutes or until not sticky and smooth, and let it rise for an hour. After it's risen, cut it in half, and shape your pizza pie, then let that proof for another 15-20 minutes. Put a good sauce on it (I recommendmaking it yourself since it's both healthier and better tasting that way) and some really good quality mozzarella. Bake on a pizza stone on the highest setting of your oven until done, add some basil or spinach on top and it's done! P.s I burned this one a little but it was still delicious lol.

I sadly do not have a pizza stone or steel, but I tried making a pan pizza before and it turned out pretty good! Thought there was no burn spots on the crust which I usually like ^^ @bruschettebites

Another simple and delicous brunch food is tomato and goat cheese bruschetta, just toast up your favorite bread in a pan with some garlic butter, add your tomatoes and goat cheese (both home produce for me) and garnish with some chives.
