The only way seph-sama can give the mods more power that actually means something. Is by establishing a VPN blocker. Thats way when we do IP bans they cant just VPN around it

panda, it is nearly impossible to block vpn it is literally just a re-route. in other words even a pc like mine could become a gateway for others to use. how do you think Tor browser and the dark web are still around. despite countries trying to block access to it with their censorshit. same with pirate-bay, it's nearly untouchable.
