Visual Novel help???

I'm trying to make a visual novel completely on my school computer which has next to no software compatible with it which extremely sucks. I've been trying to create this visual novel and I wanted to know if any of my fellow weebs could help me find something completely in-browser for coding visual novels. I know that I can use HTML5 to code it and although it definitely is a little too complicated for me I have had a little bit of success with it, but problems have arisen already. I know about Renpy which is very useful but I only have a shitty school-owned Chromebook. If anyone can help me find something it'd b greatly appreciated.

If both of you are interested I would recommend learning Renpy, a program that uses a bit of python coding and is actually commonly used to create visual novels. it's a free to download program and learning just takes a bit of time.
