what they need to do is first fix and finish all the stuff they said they were working on, improve some of the sites functionality, and incorporate more ways to meet people of interest. currently, there isn't enough easy ways to meet someone specific. when new people like me come around and check out this site, they honestly have mostly no idea what to even do to find the type of person theyre looking for. all there is are just threads and a friends list. this feels more like a reddit than anything. they need to do more

these janky bugs and poor site design is what drives people away. I can already see we have a pretty good community here on this site, although its somewhat small, but the only way to truly grow this site again is if the flaws of this site are removed. i'd honestly like to see this site succeed. I haven't been around as long as a lot of you so I cant speak as to what this site used to be, but with some fixes, tweaks, and implementation, I believe this site could be useful and fun again. the devs just need to put in the work.

I joined yesterday too and I think its a great idea as well. but its just been executed poorly so far. if we should be advertising anything, we should be trying to do anything we can to get the devs to work a little harder on the site and update it. fixing its flaws are top priority rn. because currently, it just kind of feels like reddit.

it doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to function well enough to draw people in and provide its purpose. if this is supposed to be an anime dating site, it needs to feel like one. not just a reddit with a bunch of threads. people need to be getting what they came for out of it. that's what's gunna help this site grow.
