Dang but opposed to tylenol and driving cars which are tested and approved before it hits the market the vaccine isnt. Still not approved by FDA month number 8. The very fact that despite the deaths for the vaccine in europe its pushed heavy. You can also choose not to drive and choose not to take tylenol. But the vaccine is being forced. You guys ignore the fact that people died because "YoU cAn DiE fRoM aNyThInG" yeah but you can choose not to do those things. When people are being fired over not getting vaccinated thats basically twisting their arms to get it and if they die from it then its ok because you could die from anything. Then you talk about the virus going unchecked but the delta variant still can infect other people so like you guys are gonna tell me that im wrong because its not what you agree with. You can do what you are doing now and survive, or risk potentially dying to the vaccine and then do the exact same things you did as when you didnt have it. Still mask up, still social distance. Crazy.

The argument isn't people being forced to do anything. It's people knowing the risks and then telling people daily not to do what's in their best interest. My aggravation is that people with your shared mindset look for all the reasons to work proactively against the information provided. Saying repeatly that an article proves no one should rely on medicine available has a real side-effect of talking someone with less education out of the best possible outcome for the sake of unreasonable fear. The reasons you keep twisting mine and everyone else's arm with are not helpful. Most who are pro vaccine don't deny death is possible. The FDA is only for people's comfort, but they can't protect everyone either. I think most will or should agree that we're trying everything we can to lower our chances. As you are active duty military, I won't say, "Damn, Panda can't save me from a random stranger shooting me to death today. Guess I should be anti military cause of my unreasonable belief that they are useless unless they can save me specifically 100% of the time." A comment such as that would be inaccurate and denying the hard work you and everyone that ever served is doing. I would be wrong and worthy of reproach if I foolishly denied the American military's good because some can't be saved or protected. The military isn't the answer for all life's problems. My issues with your specific view is that it insults and undermines hard working doctors and nurses who went to school to be properly educated. Some of which are military veterans. If you personally don't want or believe in the data that is your choice. Just don't counter it with inaccurate information and call everyone else foolish. Lastly the delta virus exists because many have chosen not to be vaccinated. The delta virus is a consequence of an environment that allowed it to evolve because that area of the world was either denied vaccination or refused it. No one is forced to get vaccinated, but they should unless they have been diagnosed with a weakened immune system. Not everyone should get the vaccine, but most should because it increases the chance of survival.

"The first Delta case was identified in December 2020" from yale medicine website. As far as i am aware the pfizer vaccine wasnt readily available until this year. I cant find any articles backing me up because therebisnt a fucking date on the surface of google so i gotta dig for it. But i believe you are incorrect the delta variant was not caused by nonvaxxers as it already existed it only spread like it did because "people didnt get the vaccine" yet we now know it doesnt matter of you are vaccinated.

Vaccines are based on the strand that was used. The delta strand is an evolved form and thus the original version is not as effective. Not having any line of defense would be saying for you to go onto the battlefield without a helmet because a sniper rifle can chew through it like paper. Why wear a helmet in a warzone if someone rolls in with a tank and blows us out the water? The doctors are doing all they can to protect us as the military does. That's my argument.

Just gonna leave this here for people freaking out. Variations on viruses happen, even with vaccines btw. Especially true with the COVID vaccines as they do not prevent you from catching it, it is more like a treatment to prevent it's harsher symptoms. It is sheer stupidity to claim anti vaxxers caused anything. The delta version is nothing to fear and to claim otherwise is to argue against hard numbers.

I am not saying it is harmless or that it won't do damage, but only that it is far less deadly for more reasons than I want to list.

I appreciate the information Jake, but one could extrapolate from the second graph that the decrease in infection rate is because of the vaccine. Nothing on that chart is a hard defense that anti vaxx is the true path. There needs to be a comparison of people with vaccines being equally hospitalized compared to those without. As far as these charts suggest it would seem medical treatment is helping to lower the illness. So how does this prove the vaccine is useless?

Yeah that last comment told me all i needed to know. You are just a vaccine elitist. People were still catching covid THE REGULAR covid with the vaccine. The delta variant is just that but worse. Them getting the vaccine or not had nothing to do with the variant. Viruses mutate hence the flu shot didnt stop the flu from dying out. People literally need to use their brains man. Antivaxxers didnt contribute anything to this pandemic. They also said if we shut down for 2 weeks the pandemic would be over. Countries in and out of lockdown still see cases. Idk what else i can say to people.

In 3 weeks imma let you know whether or not the vaccine is worth it after i go to the hematologist for this sudden drop in my white bloodcells outta no where. Second dose in july, suddenly i go from healthy to concerning my doctors.
