Coronavirus. Your thoughts? [Serious and Non-Serious]

Based off data from my normal full time job (lab in a hospital) covid is only deadly when there's secondary factors involved. Obvious things like old age, hypertension, obesity, depressed immune systems like in chemo etc. (Straight form my Bosses mouth based off the data from the hospital) Basically there were other lying factors that made the covid symptoms more exaggerated than in the normal population. However people with Diabetes can have a very hard time with the virus I forgot the scientific reason why but having it and Covid is a very bad mix. It won't necessarily finish you off but depending on the severity of the diabetes for some reason many of then it could be a death sentence.

As someone who has physically touched blood containing the virus and splashed it on my gloves and clothes multiple times (I've held 1000s of blood with known covid in it. Thousands is not a typo.) Touching it is not going to give you the virus, if it did it must be like .0001% chance. I know for a fact I've accidently touched it and then my pen or mouse and then took my gloves off and touched those objects with bare hands and subconsciously rub my eyes or nose before I washed my hands many times and never got the virus even once. So I can attest if it does live on surfaces it must not live very long.
