It should automatically have one from the company for 3 months. You will have to call the company and inform them your laptop broke and you need to use your warranty that comes with it.
No the company should send you one no problems. Has nothing to do with the store.

I know what happened, it turned off due to be over 70 degrees Celsius...it was over heating.
