I mean, why not just post them at the adult board? Create a section specifically, for horse mating? I won't shame the dude's kink in anyway, and banning him won't help. I think he is just a misunderstood creature. Who might need a horse in his life. I know your trying to discourage him, but he'll just switch VPN again. Maybe he is a troll, but eventually trolls can turn into really cool people if you get to know them better. I mean, he is probably trying to vent out.
