413x, is adding a new rule to the PDF. Which isn't in the PDF. I attacked and landed with a ULT. He clashed and lost. Which means he dies, but he says he didn't cause Clashes make the attack weaker.

the rules are pretty clear on that. "Whoever wins attacks the loser"

Whoa whoa whoa before my cool is lost and I shut this down. Explain how Vinyl is using his ult through a clash? A. Has he already charged it? B. Has he declared before the clash his intentions? If yes to both then Vinyl can do it.
