I mean it is pretty OP, not gonna lie. People are gonna spam the hell out of it in the beginning.

Yeah but the charge up turn lets you get hit for free by the opponent. But I like your idea too with that on top of it.

Make sense to regulate that kinda power, even if it has a chance of not hitting and makes you absorb a hit. People tend to fight and want to end a match quick, so if we give that option as a usable item we can make the choice more meaningful. I also feel like we should use a 12D or 10D next time. 20 feels too much, I had a hard time rounding the number wheel. Plus Crits are improbability, making it almost pointless to even predict or attempt to a CRIT. I can see people just sticking at 9 and 10 just to avoid confusion and disputes for the D20.
