What do you find attractive?

Personally I enjoy women who are civil, educated, lead by example, and can focus on realistic priorities rather than fly by night emotions. - I've come to appreciate common sense rather than looks. - There was a boss of mine many years ago who I still have great admiration for. She was smart as well as commanding, but I never felt as if I were being talked down too or offloaded assignments. - Her ability to inspire others and make the store an enjoyable experience to shop in was like living in a fantasy. Simply because of how unreal it felt that anything or one this pure could exist. - This woman was the definition of fair to the point when she quit the company, those of us left behind felt motivated to maintain that level of leadership. - Sadly all of us grew to know how difficult she had it in achieving what most in today's standards of business practices thought were impossible. - Oddly enough I found myself working at another company with my ex boss's husband. A man I also have great respect for. What was beautiful about their relationship is that when her husband was diagnosed with kidney failure, she donated one of her own saving his life. - Now if that isn't a fairy tale ending I don't know what is.
