Smiling at your job

What do you do if you get a job that requires you to be “cheerful” and “smile” but you have nasty ass teeth? Wouldn’t you be grossing ppl out and making them more uncomfortable than just keeping a straight face? Pls heelp. I guess alternative would be work elsewhere. I have nasty ass teeth and keep straight face or cover my mouth.
