What's your success rate with dating on here?

Just joined cuz I thought "oh, neat, that sounds like the place to be", and while it definitely seems like a friendly community (at least from the forums I've browsed so far), I'm kinda curious how often people actually end up, y'know, dating. On the dating site. Anyone have any interesting success stories they feel like sharing? Or, alternatively, anyone have any "I've been here 10 years and never found anyone" stories? I'm just curious what people think of MaiOtaku specifically as a matching site, y'know?

Hm... There's quite a few ppl who've found love on here. I've been here for around 5 months and I can say that the more active you are on MO the more chances you have of finding that special someone. As for me, I'm not willing to get into a relationship rn coz I won't be able to spend enough time interacting with her. Maybe after my exams are over.......

Good on you for recognizing when you don't have time for a relationship. Too many people just like the "idea" of dating but aren't willing to make time for someone. Good luck with your exams!

I've been here for some time now. I've made quite a few friends here at this point, and that's made me pretty happy. If one of the friends I've made here ends up in a relationship with me, even better. I have thoughts on long distance, so I don't tend to make the first move on those far from me(not that I'm against it). With that being said, I'm pretty confident I can find someone here or otherwise. Just need to get closer with the friends I have now and see what happens.

Man depends on how far you wanna go. If that would not be the issue I already would be in a relationship because of here.

LDR is truly hard... the one plus that it gives if you can endure it... and it works out. You will find the one you want to spend the rest of your life with. Thats the commitment you have to make... atleast thats what im thinking
