Sorry to read that. Definitely reach out to friends and family for help getting through it, and don't be afraid to seek counseling.

Please accept my condolences. I hope your father finds peace in the afterlife. If you ever need to talk to someone, send me or any of the other lovely people on here a DM. Irrespective of what people may say, feel free to cry if you want to. Don't keep it bottled up.

Been through that a few years ago. I will say it takes time to make it easier, but it will get easier to cope with. Especially if you have a counselor or therapist to talk to. You got this. my condolences to you and for family. Hope you were able to enjoy his company while he was around.

True, move at a pace you're comfortable with. Just always remember to take care of yourself too. Plenty of people in the world to talk to if you ever need anything. You have a whole life ahead of you to live so enjoy it now while the opportunity is available!
