Seriously just chill out with them. The whole reason you get into a relationship is to vibe with that one person on a intimate level everyday so do just that. Converse and find mutual interests. Treat them like diamonds imo and be there for them. Eventually confess to them that you like them romantically. If they do like you they will reciprocate their emotions as well. :)

go to cons, do fun stuff and events that interest you and that you like to do. And wear clothes or swag that represents series and shows you like. Be yourself, and you will attract ppl that like you for you, they will come to you. Or at least thats the passive let destiny take control approach i usually take. if someone likes you enough to want you, theyll make sure you know one way or another.

dating apps (tinder, bumble hinge) are the "easiest" because you can tell if their interested. if they match with you, they consider you attractive enough to consider the time of day. you still need to know how to present yourself, however.

People will be interested in you if you fit their interests, it's really as simple as that. It's just like finding friends who like the same stuff as you, it's just if you check enough of their boxes or maybe do something that specially makes them feel something they'll start to want you around more and more. But love comes in different ways and different people love in different ways too... it really depends, but just honestly be yourself and if someone likes you as YOU bam you've found love, if not then another person will. Just get out there bro.
