I kinda wanted to form this first as a "how do you procrastinate?" post but then I realised not everybody may do that when they're in a bad place. Feel free to share advice as well on how to get out while you're at it

As you can assume I procrastinate and my worst way of doing it is downloading about 5 different mobile games and just playing the heck out of them... I fall especially hard for those otome based ones, they're like honey traps although I try not to waste money I've spent a few bucks here and there and kinda automatically regret it... For some reason I feel so ashamed writing this LOL but I'm in a mood whereo really don't care about it ;D

Smile, move on. Get busy. Being busy helps. Hanging out or talking with friends. Friends make me happy.

I go for a long walk. And I walk until all the emotions have past and come back calm and logical.
These are LOW points though. I don't need to do this if someone scratched my car or ate my Toblerone.

A lot of different things help me and it kind of depends on the type of down I'm feeling. Sometimes I just need some good food or a few drinks, other times I'll walk it off outside somewhere quiet. Maybe a combination of both. When I was in Japan I would go to a convenience store late at night, buy some snacks and cans of beer and go for a walk in the quietest area like a park or waterside area. Doing this and thinking things over and/or relaxing did wonders to keep my spirits up.
If I'm feeling really down and don't even have the motivation to leave the house/apartment then I'll just binge watch a show, watch some comedy, or play a game for hours to distract myself from thinking. This can work sometimes but eventually I have to come back to reality and start thinking again. Hopefully by now I've lightened up about things though.
All this is assuming I'm just working things out on my own and not talking to someone like a friend or family member about my issue that's bringing me down. I'd say this is probably the best thing when you're feeling low. Call or even better, go hang out with that friend or family member that is a good listener and vent to them. If they're really good they'll even ask the right questions about what's going on and comment in ways that help you think of a new way of looking at things or bounce back and confirm how you're looking at it. Whoever it is and whatever the problem is, I'd say this is the best way to overcome 90% of the times you're feeling down.

i dont have the privilege to get some time in my low points, life wouldnt wait for me so i just keep up.

In my low points, I will stop to respond to 99% of people on the earth because interacting with people consumes my energy.Meanwhile,I’ll pay more attention to myself.Reading;Watching anime;browsing social media;daily 10000-step walk hah.Not quite different from my normal days .
