Tardigrades can survive not live. They need water and oxygen to live. If they don't have it, they turn into cryptobiosis statut. Mutations and evolution need time. Some species evolve faster than the others due to human activities (for example, less ans less elephants have tusk, because most of the elephants who have some are killed. So the one who have small tusk or don't have any survive, can have babies with high chances they have no tusk too)

Yep. The universe’s earliest records are from 13.8 billion years ago, and our solar system is about 4.6 billion years old. So there was 9 BILLION years of existence before our solar system was even created. I’m sure plenty of great civilizations came and fell during that time, far deeper in the universe then us.

I sometimes play with the whole 'ancient aliens' theory, that there may have been a great alien civilization that has visited earth multiple times and has subtly influenced our development. Or hell, it could be possible that many of our ideas of 'God' were fueled by being into contact with a much more advanced species while we were in a more primitive stage of development that possessed the ability to both create life and destroy. Stuff like that is really interesting to think about to me. :u

but its amazing we are around and haven't all died from blowing up this planet or something. that makes me think there are aliens, they probably helped us make it this far.
