I'm from the team of long skirts here are the reasons: - if you are a boy your jewelry will never get squeezed. (no s*x joke just true fact think about it guys) - if you are a girl and you would usually remove your leg's hair you don't have to do it to wear long skirt - for both sex it's less bothersome to put than pants or shorts when summer temperature kicks in - since it's long wind can't lift it - if it rains you can actually squeeze water out of it in public without being indecent (it will stay wet but at least less wet than before squeezing some fabrics dries faster than others) - it's comfy I also like shorts but if I take these facts I recognize the utility of long skirts. At some point in the history wasn't skirt for both sex?
