being shy only means you lack confadence. to fix that run up to a random person and kiss em. not the best joke but the jest is the same. just go up to someone and start talking to them.

Definitely true to help with shyness you need to put yourself in a position of having to break shyness by socializing with random people not that there are many other ways though
