One of my fave is ginko from mushishi, I like that he's a chill guy that helps people around.

Shigeo Kageyama/Mob from Mob Psycho 100.
The guy struggles to improve himself and makes very slow improvements but he doesn't give up and sticks with it. I just really admire that.
If you meant from Boku no Hero then probably Bakugo, he's pretty entertaining to watch and the dude is practically a rocket jumper, as a long time Quake/Unreal Tournament player I can't help but like that.
