Do you trust medications?

I feel I don't. I was put on 30 years of trial & error meds that were not only troublesome, but even some were expensive enough for even insurance companies to not afford. From violence caused by Ritalin in my childhood to brain corruption caused by Lamictal taken with depression-causing Lorazepam last year. I feel going natural is one way, but knowing what foods are the most beneficial for me is still being researched.

No thats why i have untreated anxiety and depression all those drugs mess with your head more than the disease itself. Hear the tv commercial everything on it lists a bunch of horrible side effects lol why even bother selling it.
