Too lazy for it. I eat pretty balanced diet except for consuming more protein. Also having equal strenght, speed and flexibility is very very difficult.

That's a good approach to Sparkie. As long as you're seeing results and moving in a direction with consistency that's great.
Personally it track once every two weeks or so, since eat similarly day to day. Then I adjust basing on my goals.

Somewhere in between body building and power lifting for me. Hover in at 182cm and 105kg. Speed and endurace are hard after a knee injury that caused permanant damage.

I wonder if there is a strict mass a powerlifter has to have. Im 192cm and 109kgs tho I still look bulky even if im this tall

Oh shit. I actually naturally walk on my tiptoes. I had to learn to walk flat footed so I didn't seem so weird. And I do have passable balance.

Walking on tiptoes is actually really good for the calf muscles. Might cause some arch issues later on, but screw it. Good legs now.
