Just something I learnt recently after wondering why I can't gain weight without a gym (last time I had access to a proper gym was 3 years ago and I got to 86 kg... Now I'm back to 70)
When it comes to callisthenics you need to be really aware of if you want to bulk or cut. If you a big boy wanting to trim and raise your endurance its amazing, but if you a thin boy like me you'll find they get easy and no matter how many you do you won't get bigger, you'll just be raising endurance because the muscle action is too easy after a while. But you absolutely can bulk up on callisthenics just find exercises you struggle to do 10-15 of. If push ups too easy try a more intense variety, don't just do more. And eat your protein.

@ohbaby Increasing range of motion is an excellent way to increase intensity without weights

I would suggest two things. Multivitamin to make sure that your body doesn't try to take vitamins and minerals from your muscle, and my secret weapon. Carnivor protein powder. Made from beef protein and has enough creatine in it that taking a creatine pill/powder isn't necessary. I also tried out an HGH secretion activator and holy crap that thing is working. Only about 2 weeks into it, but already it has increased my performance a good 20%. Max bench press increased a good 20kg. And no the pills are not illegal, you can go into any GNC or Vitaminshop and get them there.

Keep at it, your core will strengthen up. Grab onto a weight or a rock while doing them and it will increase the resistance on your core.

I won't comment on the high secretion activator, as I don't know anything about it and won't overstep my knowledge.
But whey protein is both the cheapest available, and the best quality protein in terms of amino acids there is. Period. That's what the science says and there's no reason to pay up a premium for any kind of special or meat based protein powder.
A separate creatine powder and whey comes out far cheaper and is more effective long term.
There also aren't much studies supporting use of multivitamins from what I'm aware, no such thing as the body taking vitamins from the muscle exists. There's just no physiological process for that. Moreover, the usefulness of multis in general is questioned due to different minerals and vitamins in them acting as antagonist to each others absorption.
tldr: train more, track your protein and don't obsess about the source, get a cheap creatine monohydrate, and trainn

And somatotypes aren't a real thing according to medical literature.
Sincerely, physio in training ;)
