Guilty Pleasure Cartoons/Anime

So, I've been thinking about this topic a lot. Has anyone ever had an anime or cartoon you can't help but love despite it being not very good, or downright plain ridiculous? This is the place to talk about those. As for me, I loved Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog growing up. Mostly cause of Long John Baldry as Dr. Robotnik. It's a really out there cartoon but in a good way. https://youtu.be/jZH3SpBujwk I also have a soft spot for the Fire Emblem 90's anime Ova. Shame it was only 2 episodes, but man.. it had a really superb soundtrack. It was Hikaru Midorikawa's first time ever voicing Marth in the Japanese version, along with really talented japanese voice actors/actress. Heck, even Nobuyuki Hiyama who you might know voiced Adult Link in Ocarina of Time voiced the Red Knight, Cain. Panty + Stocking with Garter Belt The dub XXXtremely great. I've heard more curse words in that show than in all other show's I've watched combined.

I'll admit, I only started watching it as part of a research project and kept watching it afterwards, but I really enjoy the Super Mario cartoon. It's terrible, but I love some of the ways the characters are drawn and voiced.

@rinse Oh yeah I actually got a free poster of that anime one time at a Con like many years back. I got Monica Rial's signature along with a few other of Funi's staff. I've never seen it personally, but it's been on my list of anime that I've been meaning to check out at some point. (Also, I hear there's a character that looks like Gir from invader zim. XP)

@eternallunar1 Yeah I watched Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog a lot growing up too, and while it's not my favorite of the Sonic cartoons and animes I still like it. The Sonic the Hedgehog The Movie OVA is probably one of my favorite guilty pleasure animes as I watched it and really enjoyed it even with the really bad dub. Might just be because I'm a Sonic fan though lol And @standino98 I legitimately love the Super Mario cartoon too! I have the series on dvd and with it also being on Netflix I actually still watch it every once in a while if I'm not feeling good or just don't know what I want to watch lol
