For anyone in the Midwest, I highly suggest checking out Anime Midwest. It's in Chicago, and the same hotel as Anime Central. The convention has some pretty awesome guests... and was even the first convention ever to have GLaDOS from Portal as a guest. Also, we have like, 3,000 people coming this year. It's literally best ever con.

I might go, I live in north Chicago so I'm not that far away. It depends though if I can find anyone to go with.
