How do you become more patient? especially at work, I have to work unpaid for a few months, was wondering what can inspire me to persevere also wanted to know general tips in being more patient.

Think of it as a free learning lesson, you get to learn new things everyday(i hope), do u get paid after a couple of months of unpaid work?
Also ngl unpaid work is terrible. I had to work 3months for free in my internship sometime ago, but it honestly was worth it since many of the companies i applied to have asked me about that unpaid internship

Oh then this is a competition of who is worthy for this job. You will be silently judged and watched. But if there's a lot of people doing the same thing too, you might have to make sure you're noticed once in awhile. I recommend screaming "YATTA!" when completing something.
Also feel free to come back to vent and regain strength and insight if you feel like giving up. This is a test of endurance. You can do it.

Know why you're working and what its for. Remember your goal. Make sure to have as much "time off" as possible to do whatever you want to do. This'll sound dumb but meditating and sitting there thinking with no distractions help out immensely. Idk why but I was in a similar situation and this helped more than anything. Also make sure to get decent sleep because constantly feeling tired will kill you mentally and emotionally. Also, dealing with issues and insecurities relating to the job will make it less effort and possibly enjoyable
