NGE Netflix Changes

I've been told that the dub's been changed in some less than flattering ways, and they took out the original fly me too the moon ending theme. Any other striking differences?

Omg XD kinda sad they took out fly me to the moon, like it's no biggie but... aww why I'm a rare fan of dubs and I loved the original dub but this one is meh... didn't listen to every episodes and characters but I don't like Shinji, Gendo and Misato...

Later in the series, Shinji no longer says "I'm so fucked up" after he does... something... to Asuka. They changed it to "I'm the lowest of the low" or something dreadful like that. They also removed the homosexuality of a certain character near the end as well. Anyone that's seen Evangelion knows the significance of these two changes. It's neuters the impact.
