A lot of people put down Atlantic Broadband, but I had it when I was in trade school. In all that time, I only ever had the signal drop once, for 15 minutes, as a storm that was just a few steps short of a hurricane blew through. So yeah, it was extremely reliable.

Sorry, where I live Spectrum has a monopoly, so that is all I know.
