Other than that, I can't see much to be done except ride it out. and perhaps point and laugh from afar at it? It's amusing to see someone so dedicated to trolling one person.

There is always around being banned online. If you know what your doing you can continue to come back to the site where you were banned from. So you can continue to just troll/harass as much as you like. That’s just how I see it, I’m probably wrong. Gotta love the internet right?

There's literally hundreds of VPN services out there. NordVPN is just a class of VPN service, alongside ones like "Private Internet Access", VirtualShield, Tunnelbear etc. If he's using a VPN, it's easy to detect using some PHP, RUBY or Python libraries, and even some modules for various web servers. It would be worth Ryan checking into this, since it's a habitual issue.
