Lamby but a lot of animals are forced into cheap facilities that are bad and if we want quality meat the price goes up ridiculously. Meat isn’t all that bad, you can eat meat and build up fat storage and also burn the energy as well as being fuller for longer. Let’s say some older aspects of humans who have hunted and gathered or who have been able to farm needed something to have long sustenance, you would eat meat providing yourself with meat that is natural and doesn’t have all that man made additives for cheap over farming. If we are to farm animals it should be lobbied or something to have them raised naturally more often so that we can eat better and in turn help ourselves not only to better tasting food but food that is better for us to eat (Highly unlikely to happen cause companies our huge). What ever the Cows and chickens get we end up getting so by feeding them what they should naturally eat and we eat them because humans have the capacity to eat meat because of our gastric acid that is extremely acidic it becomes better for us evolutionarily. Ancestors for certain people over the course of years in some places have eaten more meat then others so it would be beneficial for those pplto eat meat and those who’s ancestors who were raised on otherthings to eat those things Currently no one wants to produce a meat diet out side of what there is for keto diet, (Tbh I think it’s the beginning for keto and though the diet might evolve though idk much) which is a high fat and high carb diet that actually from someone I know has worked very well for them in terms of energy and how they function.
