The boobs out is the same reason the killer t cells have no covers for their buff ass arms in the og and they didn't really get molested I mean one of them was licked but i'm pretty sure cause they were gonna eat em since that's how it works the bacteria eats the cell or the cell eats the bacteria which is actually shown in I believe episode 2 where the white blood cells devoured that one bacteria and the being beaten down is a part of all stories so that isn't exactly a trope pretty sure its just problem and solution and again he only broke down once the rest is just him questioning his life and he has a pretty good reason to break down imagine you spend your whole life get ur college degree only to find out the earth is gonna explode if you don't overwork yourself in a dangerous environment where your friends and colleagues constantly die, get eaten, turn into zombies, and not only that but even giving your all won't change the fact that the Earth is gonna explode so you either work ur ass off for no reason and wait for the earth to explode or you die and the animation didn't go down pretty sure they're using darker colors to set the atmosphere unlike its happy go lucky counterpart and the only reason he didn't listen to the first guy was because the first guy was dead inside and the mc didn't want to end up like him which is completely different from the white blood cell who almost gave up but because of the red blood cell smacked back to reality as well and also no where did it say it was a prostitute if you were paying attention it said that gonorrhea was chosen because it was like a 30% chance of getting it from sexual activity saying it was from a prostitute is a huge stretch pretty sure if it was from a prostitute it would've been much worse the only reason he got hit so hard was because of his weak immune system
