Well, that's why I'd never judge someone for choosing to terminate a pregnancy. I'd argue that for most it's a HUGE decision and there's a reason why many will need therapy afterwards. I think the problem is that there seems to be a group of people who think it's like a factory of women going in and getting the procedure done. Thing is, there are a ton of variables involved. Then we get into those that think that's all those clinics do, when in fact, they provide lots of other services including birth control.

"No because you didnt CHOOSE to be in an accident. But you can however choose not to have a baby by simply usong condoms while its not a fail safe there are other methods to make sure you are double safe and if you want the ultimate safety measure how about celibacy.
As for situations where its literally life or desth for the mother the obvious choice would be the mother. Unless the mother trades her life for the baby. But in those cases there is no guarantee the baby would live so you could potentially have both die"
my brain is fucked right now but where did you answer? it looks like you said my hypothetical isn't analogous but i corrected you with my response that it is

I literally said no, and then followed it up with "you didnt choose to be in an accident" you can practice safe driving and practice safe sex but i would argue at least with safe sex 9/10 you can avoid getting pregnant. With driving there are way too many variables you cant control. For instance if you sleep with someone you know for a fact has HIV and you contract it from them. Thats your fault

ok so he was being safe, seat belt etc, but the crash still happened and the guy still got his liver messed up
can the court morally tell him to act as the guys new liver for 9 months

This scenario makes no sense lol in accidents one party is at fault...with sex both people had to consentually agree to do this in which case both parties are at fault and a 3rd gets dragged into it without a choice in their own fate

its not one parties fault
the other party was driving too
neither wanted to get in an accident
just like two people that fuck don't want to make a baby
but accidents happen both ways

Someone had tobhit someone lamby XD you dont just decide you will let your car get hit. Rear ended? The person behind's fault. T-boned? Someone was at fault. Oncoming collision? Someone drivign wrong side of road. Drunk driver? Drunk drivers fault

No because if you have unprotected sex that is literally the outcome smh. 2 things went wrong in that situation opposed to the car crash's one thing. The boy decided to go in raw, the girl decided to let him. Condoms break yes but there are ways to prevent this such as maybe not putting so much stress on the condom, inspecting the condom first for holes, not using lubricants that degrade the material. And you can also use birth control to maximize effectiveness or vaginal inplants and a condom just to be safe. Its much easier to prevent than a car crash
