the principles of veganism are reducing the harm and suffering of animals as much as possible never does it say animals are above humans or that humans and animals are equal animals are intrinsically lower than humans, but that does not mean that they do not deserve basic rights that should be allotted to any sentient creature hope that helps

@lamby Last I checked I wasn't speaking to you directly but rather asking a general question. Anyway, your opening statement was try to change my mind about being vegan, you spoken about how it's super healthy yourself, it's really not. It's only healthy because technology allows it to be. Before technology Advanced to the point where it could provide nutrition properly for the vegan lifestyle it would basically be death by vegan lifestyle or nothing at all because you couldn't sustain yourself properly. Technically unless there's a hole in my logic which you are free to point out, bringing it up on a nutritional basis is a valid point. I imagine the only hole in my argument could be the fact that it's not a problem now because it can be a healthy lifestyle due to technology but feel free to bring up any other hole in my argument if there is one
