Thanos vs Darkseid

I mean, the infinity guantlet only works in this universe and darkseid exists outside of this universe(He's basically a god.), making the infinity guantlet useless against him. Thanos is no match on a physical level, either.

There is something that I have been wondering. Couldn't Thanos use the guantlet to prevent Darkseid from creating a new avatar? I know this is Death Battle, so it couldn't happen, but theoretically?

Are you sure? If Darkseid's avatar is in Thanos universe, can't he do whatever he wants with it? Like... an automatic death everytime Darkseid appears in Thanos universe? It seems he could just not allow the avatar to exist in his universe?

Hate to be that guy to bring up the old argument in the forum but Hulk's strength is relative. It depends on how angry he is and the duration of the battle (aka theres no real limit that we know of for hulks strength... he has no cap). As far as whose stronger thanos or darkseid.......... Im gonna go with Thanos. The gauntlet is just too OP

True the gauntlet is one of the most powerful things in its universe, but it doesn't exclusively belong to Thanos. The stones have almost always been kept separate from each other to prevent any one person from misusing it. That means there's a gap in time open before the finger snap

It's odd that the gauntlet can't work in other dimensions, since the stones we're literally mined outside of it by the celestials.

The stones are the physical manifestations of the powers that make up that particular universe. If you're in another universe you have to use that universes stones, if they exist that is
