@Enki makishima's mbti is very complex, i dont think he would come into any category! He shows many aspects of ENTP too!
He looks at the big picture, controlls many people and have shown no problem in interacting with people, these are signs of extrovert! The only reason he doesnt go out in public is because he doesnt like the people of that era! He is more like an Introverted Extrovert!
That said.. Makishima Shogo is my favourite villain too >.>

Sephiroth
I like his backstory after playing through the entire Final Fantasy VII series and reading up on the character/watching the anime and advent children. I love his theme song along with the alternate version in advent children. I like that he appears in KH games too and his character design is appealing to me.

There is too many to like :( but I love Dio Brando from Jojo's bizarre adventures. He's kind of a big jerk for the sake of being a big jerk and he's truly evil with no redeeming qualities. That should make him a shallow uni-dimensional character, but he has so much class and pride that it makes him a magnificent bastard. He cast away his weaknesses and transcended humanity itself. Then made a Hamlet reference while trying to murder his foster brother and proceeded to walk upward a wall by stomping it hard enough that his feet are nailed into it with every step he take (god I hope that make sense). I mean what's not to love?

Clockwerk from the video game 'Sly Cooper'. He was one of my first favorite villains from when I was a little kid.
Prepare for a long read
Lore: Clockwerk was born a long time before the events of the Thevius Racoonus as a Eurasian Eagle-owl with red eyes and brown plumage. No information is given of his family, real name, or early life, though it is known that, at some point he learned of the great fame of the Cooper Clan and was overcome with rage and jealousy. Due to this burning hate, he knew he had to carry on in order to wipe out the Cooper family. He made a final decision and began replacing his own body with machinery. How such advanced technology was acquired back then is still a mystery, though it may be that Clockwerk was an inventor or builder of sorts. Clockwerk is more than a thousand years old, enough that even in some of the oldest pictures Sly has of his family, Clockwerk's shadow can be seen in the background against the sky or moon. He has been kept alive by his fierce, fiery hatred for the Cooper family, a line he made himself a rival of. Either when, before, or after Sly was born, he formed the Fiendish Five. When Sly was around the age of eight, he led them in an attack against the Cooper family, slaying Sly's father and mother. In the process, he stole the family's sacred book of thieving, The Thievius Raccoonus, tore the pages out of the book, and gave some of the other pages to the other four members. Even though Clockwerk was aware of Sly's existence, he doesn't hurt him. The reason for this is can be found by a famous quote from Clockwerk during their confrontation over a volcano, "...I wanted to show the world that without your precious book, the Cooper line was nothing."
