Tired of girls? Try a Trap!

Personally beside posting anime trap pics, unless there's a discussion or a questio or really anything, I just dunno what to say so I'll stay silent here

Thats pretty much where I am at @cupcakerin. I like and have participated in the discussions before. But since I am still largely an outsider, and not able to participate, I don't have much to discuss or contribute.

Not really a complaint but kinda, like it's still nice but I've noticed a lot of trap threads, not just on Maiotaku but anywhere on internet, it will just be a Felix/Astolfo/Hideyoshi/Hideri pictures spam thread. I understand they're the most popular and recent anime traps but it's so weird seeing the same 5 traps all the time as if they were the only ones out there. @onizuka how are you an outsider? You mean you're "too new"? Don't worry, imo it doesn't matter ^^

Ya, I agree with that. I have posted a few pics of them myself (like that last one), but when it comes to them I like to try to stick with standout art, or funny pics. I do my best to post other characters (even throwing some fury ones in to shake things up). But admittedly the internet as a whole makes it a bit hard, as like you said, the net is obsessed with those 4-5 characters. And I mean I am an outsider in that I have not actually done any cross play or such yet. I have talked with, supported, and expressed my interest in the community. But I don't feel I have the right to say I am officially a part of it until I take that first step.

Ohhh I see. I wish you success at whatever you do but don't be hard on yourself on your first times. I haven't done it a lot and only at conventions so far and I'm very self-conscious and don't like that I don't really "pass" at all but like, I don't let that stop me.
