How to talk to girls

Knowing yourselves first, then u may know why you "love" and love her after you have some conversations with her XD...I mention this because I have noticed people get attached and get confused by their feelings so quickly, especially those overly lonely people...

I'm sorry to say, but talking to girls doesn't cure depression. I think the best approach is to pay attention to mental health and start loving yourself, then everything else will be easier.

Lets see, talking to girls, with the added obstacle of being unable to talk to them. Huh, the only real way to go about it IS to talk to them enough and build an understanding of women. But one thing you could do is get your friends to induct a girl or two into your main clique. Preferably one who shares many of the same interests. Start small. Chime in during conversations. Spur the group dialogue along so you aren't conversing directly with them, but so that you are both included in the conversation. Over time, as you grow more used to their presence being around you, start asking them questions directly. And when you get used to that, try approaching them outside of the group with an inside joke shared by the group as a whole. Honestly, just talk to us like you like you would one of your guy friends. We're not that much different. We usually just have longer hair and shorter than you! I know talking to new people can be tough, but just give it a try! (coming from a super shy person myself x_x)

Confidence is fairly crucial which I know is a standard answer. But I'd argue that being accepting of yourself is just as important.

I feel like i asked the wrong question... like sure i cant talk to girls normally(somehow) but at least talking(with a lot of panic) I can still do. I cant START conversations though.

Also @JacquelineHime im pretty sure when your 181cm tall everything is shorter than you. Especially in Indonesia where average height is 150-160cm
