Well, when I was working at the gap distribution center (The haunted one), it was like being the world's highest class hobo. So I was a merchandise processor. Or more specifically, a picker. At the start of the day, they gave me a shopping cart, and I had to wear this device that the "Gubberment" strapped to my wrist to control me. #MKULTRA. So, I would go from location to location, but only the locations they told me to go to. And I would search cardboard boxes to find articles of clothing. Once I filled a tote, I would stash it away on the conveyer belt, where it would be carried off to lands yonder. I blame ALIENS! Rinse and repeat, and ignore the disimbodied voice that is whispering your name right behind you, because that ghost is a damn troll.
So my job at DK-Manufacturing was like working in a 3rd world sweat factory, and no bananas. I would go in, get assigned a conveyer belt, cut, inspect, arrange, label, and inspect plastic car parts. And at the end of the day, I didn't have thumbs so much as I had calluses. And that's not to mention the many scrapes, lacerations, and burns I would get while trying to keep up with the relentless pace of the conveyer belt.
So I left for greener pastures, but I still ended up working for... Another plastic car parts company. But this one, Nifco? It was like a 1st world job. All the things we had to do by hand at DK, the mold machines took care of for us. So, I just had to focus on packing... Five different conveyer belts at the same time. But it's cool, I'm good at being in six different places at once. I had five machines I would watch, and I had names for all of them.
K1: Jagar Tharn | Manipulative, deceptive, requires constant attention, lest it will attempt to usurp all your time and energy.
k2: The Underking | An older model which lay dormant. But if left unchecked, it would spread chaos and destruction across the land.
K3: Dagoth Ur | I must have done something in a past life to this machine or something, because it hated me. It would sink the majority of my time.
K4: Merunes Dagon | The prince of destruction. Would often cause floods (Literally), and spit parts all over the floor.
K5: Alduin | This one has a tendency to start spewing smoke...
It was my job to tame all five of these villains. And it was a great job and all, except that I worked 6 days a week, and got worn down over time to the point. I started to realize that in my fatigue, I was causing some mistakes. Then some drama started up where one of the lazy ass old people started accusing me of being lazy, and although the managers saw straight through this, the stress started to get to me, so I left.
Other than those three jobs, I had a few smaller ones, but holding a sign and enduring the elements for five hours, or working retail at a fireworks shop and answering the age old Neanderthal question of "Which one makes the biggest boom?" hardly constitute as good stories.

I am a magician, in other words, an entertainer... So basically it is my job to make people happy and have a fun time! So I spend most of my days at home... practicing... for hours... when I say hours, I mean HOURS! I will put in 16 hour days at home just to make sure my craft is perfect before I go public. That is what I get for being a perfectionist.
Now what happens when I actually get to perform? Well that is tricky (no pun intended) actually. It all depends on who I am working with. Some theaters are nicer than others, some of them don't want to pay you what you earned... and when working with other magicians or magic shops... that's when it gets to be really troublesome. If you don't need to work with people, then you shouldn't, unless you know them really well and know for a fact that they won't take advantage of you. That is something I have learned in the business.
Now I don't always do stage, I do close-up as well. For close-up you have to deal with idiots on a regular basis. What do I mean by idiots? I am referring to the "gentleman" in the back row yelling "I know how he did it!!!!" or the gentleman in front of you trying to knock the cards/coins out of your hands while performing. Now at a first glance, you may think I am performing at a bar. But guess what? I am not working at a bar, I am working at a family restaurant! And no the children are better behaved than the "gentleman" I am referring too.
Speaking of children, they are my greatest fear! (not really, but you will see what I mean in a moment) Imagine being the entertainment of a child's birthday party. Let's say there are 20 kids! (I'm being generous with 20 usually way more than that) You make a single balloon animal... do you know what happens? ALL and I mean ALL of the kids want a balloon animal. And not just one... they want 12 or 100. So what are you going to do? Make them as many balloon animals as they desire even if it means blistering your fingers in the process.
So yeah it is a great job and I love it! :D

I work at an auto electric shop. Anything that has an electrical wire, I work on. Nothing else. Advice, if a fuse burns out swap it for another one with the same amp requirement and if it burns out again leave it alone and let a technician have a look. Entire wiring harnesses burn out because of fuses replaced with higher amp ones or just constant fuse replacement.
