I wish to die!

I wanted to die by the time I was eighteen. Guess what? Almost twenty years later I'm still alive, I got married and I have my first child(born two months ago). Man, if I gave up, like I so dearly wanted to, I wouldn't be able to see those things in life worth living for. But, before you can live for ANYONE you must first live for yourself. You have value, otherwise you wouldn't have even typed this out on a public forum. It's not attention seeking to cry out for help and accept it. We're all weak from time to time, but just know even if it's here, you'll find support. Life ain't over until it's over.

ohnoes has some words of wisdom there. A lot of us have been in that dark place, we understand how isolating and cold it can feel. How endless it can seem. The truth is though, your life is only beginning. Don't give up, that person you're looking for just might be out there. Though in the meantime it might help to preoccupy yourself to distract your mind, it doesn't hurt to study/save money while looking for that special someone!

Dazai, the only purpose you should ever need to be alive, is the fact that you are alive. Don't let anyone or anything make you feel otherwise!
